Networking with like-minded database people is fun and at the same time rewarding also. Below are some of the SQL communities I dabble in every so often.

  • Of course, let’s start with StackOverflow
Biggest forums for all developers to learn and share knowledge. The database is also a big part of this community
  • Be a part of dba StackExchange
Pretty much StackOverflow but dedicated to database questions
  • Follow SQLServerCentral forums
For classic forum experience. Lots of good discussions there
  • Be a Slacker and join the community via Slack.
Get your instant free invite. I recommend joining the #SQLHelp channel.
  • Twitter. No Doomscrolling. Find people you want to follow. Tags like #SQLHelp, and #SQLServer will help a lot. I obviously follow a bunch of awesome people. You can get answers if you are in the correct group and use the right tags.
